Refund Policy

At Egan Philanthropy & Consulting, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and maintain availability, we’ve outlined the following policy for all paid consultations.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours in advance:
  If you cancel your consultation 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Less than 24 hours in advance / No-show:
  If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or do not attend the session, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours in advance:
  You may reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost.

• Within 24 hours of the appointment:
  You may request to reschedule within 24 hours of your consultation, if approved then your payment will be applied to the rescheduled session.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, please email us at megan@eganphilanthropy.com with your name, appointment details, and preferred action (cancel or reschedule) or use the "My Bookings" feature.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Egan Philanthropy & Consulting reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.
